Contact: hello@roomdesigner.app. Room Designer provides an AI-powered interior design visualization service. Users upload photographs of their furniture, and our AI generates room designs incorporating those pieces. The generated images represent artistic visualizations inspired by your furniture, not exact replicas.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You may not create multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits.
Credits are consumed at a rate of 1 per room generation. Credits purchased in packs do not expire. Failed renders due to system errors are not charged.
You have the right to file a complaint regarding the quality of our service. Complaints should be sent to hello@roomdesigner.app and must include: your account email address, a description of the issue, and the expected resolution. We will respond within 14 calendar days from the date we receive your complaint. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods described in Section 12.
You retain ownership of all images you upload and all renders generated from your furniture. Room Designer does not claim any rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of generating room designs.
Our AI generates 'inspired by' visualizations. We do not guarantee exact furniture replication. Generated rooms are artistic interpretations meant to help you visualize design possibilities. Results may vary in accuracy.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Credit packs are non-refundable. If a render fails due to a technical error on our side, the credit is not deducted.
You may not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems. You may not use automated tools to access the service beyond normal usage patterns.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Room Designer. If we become aware that a user is under 16, the account will be suspended. Any unused credits purchased on an underage user's account will be refunded before termination.
Room Designer is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to design decisions made based on generated visualizations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through account settings, which will permanently remove your profile, uploaded photos, and generated renders. Some data (e.g. payment and tax records) may be retained as required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. This does not deprive consumers of the mandatory protections under the law of their country of habitual residence where those protections cannot be derogated from by agreement. For consumers, disputes shall be resolved by the courts competent for the consumer's place of residence. For non-consumers, the competent courts are those in Warsaw, Poland. EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. In Poland, consumers may seek assistance from municipal or county consumer ombudsmen (rzecznicy konsumentów) or the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).
